2. Installing OPL-AI Software

You can install the OPL-AI software on your Windows computers by downloading it from the OPL-AI.com download section. After the installation is complete, the OPL-AI icon will appear in your Windows notifications area.

2.1 Opening and Closing the OPL-AI Software.

After installing the OPL-AI software, you can open the desktop application by clicking on the OPL-AI icon in the Windows notification area and selecting Open If you choose the Shutdown option, you will completely close the software.

2.2 Defining the OPL-AI Software Task Schedule

Once OPL-AI software is installed, you need to configure a trigger in Windows Task Scheduler to make it run automatically after a Windows account logs in. This ensures that when a Windows user signs in, OPL-AI software will automatically continue running in the background with the last selected settings.

Alternatively, if you want the OPL-AI software to run automatically in the background, after installing the OPL-AI software on your operating system, copy the shortcut icon. Then, on your computer, go to the Run dialog, type shell:startup in the box that appears, and press Enter. In the window that opens, paste the OPL-AI software shortcut icon you copied. Now, the OPL-AI software will automatically start running in the background when you log in to your operating system.

2.3 Setting up OPL-AI Software for Automatic Start-up

Go to the Windows Task Scheduler window.
Right-click on the Task Scheduler Library menu.
In the new screen, enter OPL-AI software in the Name field and OPL-AI Automatic start/stop in the Description field, then click Next.
On the next screen, select When I log on and click Next.
Then, select Start a program and click Next.
In the subsequent screen, browse to the directory where OPL-AI software is installed and select its .exe file.
Finally, save the Task Scheduler entry.

After completing these steps, OPL-AI software will automatically run in the background every time a user account logs into the operating system.

2.4 Stopping and Deleting OPL-AI Software in Task Scheduler

To completely stop the OPL-AI software, you can either select the Shutdown option by right-clicking on the software icon, or you can completely delete the defined Task Scheduler entry.

3. License Management

3.1 Validating a License

Registered users can obtain the necessary license key for OPL-AI software from OPL-AI.com either as a beta license or by purchasing multiple license keys.

As a beta license, five licenses are provided to a single user. These licenses can be defined in five different OPL-AI software installations via the OPL-AI-Licence-Validate section. After this step, the user who owns the license key on OPL-AI.com must accept the license request for this client. Once these steps are completed, the OPL-AI software will begin transmitting information to the user's account dashboard using this license key.

3.2 Deleting and Replacing a License

You can delete a license key assigned to OPL-AI software from the opl-ai-licence-delete section in the menu located at the top left of the software. This allows you to define a new license key or re-register an existing one.

After deletion, the user who owns the license key must remove these licenses from the defined machine within their OPL-AI.com account. They then need to accept the new license key associated with their own user account as a request. By accepting this, the user confirms that the specified OPL-AI software can use the defined license key.

Users can validate and manage license keys from OPL-AI.com.

4. Data Management

In the OPL-AI software, if you change the "Start" option to "Stop" and then make new selections for Company, Project, and User on the client machine, when you "Start" the program again, these new selections will be associated with the active processes being calculated on your computer.

The data available in the Company, Project, and User selection fields within OPL-AI software is populated directly from the information defined by the user who owns the validated license key in their OPL-AI.com account.

4.1 Updating Company, Project, and User Info

At OPL-AI.com, the user who owns the associated license key defines the necessary information within the Project, Company, and Users tabs. This information is then served to the OPL-AI software.

In the OPL-AI software, you can change your selections by switching from Start to Stop, making new choices, and then restarting the program. The data will then be sent to your user account, associated with these new selections.

To update and modify this information, the user who owns the license key linked to the OPL-AI software simply needs to update the relevant fields in the Company Management, Project Management, and Users Management sections under Data And Access Management within their OPL-AI.com account.

4.2 Activity Tracking Logic

When the OPL-AI software is started, it transmits information every minute to a remote server. This data includes how much time a user spends on each active process's main and sub-headings on their computer, along with the project, company, and user information associated before the program was launched.

This incoming data is processed using AI-powered models, allowing users to access specific reports and recommendations via the web interface. These AI-driven recommendations and analyses provide valuable insights for companies to significantly improve their processes by conducting efficiency and risk analyses for projects and employees.

OPL-AI software transmits process activity every minute. Data syncs with OPL-AI.com automatically.

5. Web Platform Guide

5.1 Account Registration

To use the OPL-AI software, you need to register on OPL-AI.com After accepting the necessary terms and verifying your newly created user account, you can then log in to the system.

Register at OPL-AI.com under the Sign Up section.

5.2 Signing In and Password Recovery

For password reset and recovery, you can use the secure link sent to your registered email address. This link will allow you to reset your password and then log in to the system with your new one. You can initiate this process from the Forgot your password section.

5.3 License Purchase and Management

A OPL-AI.com user can obtain 5 different beta licenses, each valid for 1 year. Users wishing to purchase additional licenses can buy a maximum of 50 license keys for their account from the license management section. These licenses can be defined on different machines to collect and analyze data. Our users who purchase an OPL-AI software license will automatically benefit from new features and updates throughout their license period.

Expired license keys can be renewed or new license keys can be purchased.

5.4 Client Machines

Client information for OPL-AI software installed on paired Windows machines can be managed from the Client Machines Management section. Once a defined machine is deleted from here, the license key assignment process must be restarted from the beginning.

After a client is deleted from this section, it will delete its own OPL-AI license key and redefine it. A request will then appear on the OPL-AI.com user's screen. Once that license request is approved, the OPL-AI desktop software will begin transmitting data.

5.5 Company, Project, and User Lists

Edit lists from the platform for each license. They automatically sync with the software client.

A OPL-AI.com user defines projects, companies, and users via the web interface and associates these definitions with specific license keys. When one of these associated license keys is validated within an OPL-AI desktop software installation, the defined information will then appear on the selection screens of that client machine.

6. AI-Powered Analysis

Once you enter your license key, it will automatically link with the associated Company, Project, Driver, and Vehicle Plate information. These definitions are managed from the OPL-AI web platform by the license owner.

7.2 Driver Application Usage

On the mobile app, drivers can select the relevant company, project, or vehicle tied to the license key. The application then starts sending live location data directly to the central server. OPL-AI Map Tracer runs in the background on the driver’s smartphone, ensuring uninterrupted location tracking.

7.3 Real-Time Tracking and Reporting

The central server continuously receives live GPS signals and instantly maps them on the web platform. Companies can view the real-time positions of their vehicles and shipments. These data streams are processed with AI-powered analysis to provide cost insights for each project and company, along with detailed logistics efficiency reports.

With OPL-AI Map Tracer, you don’t need any additional tracking hardware — your driver’s smartphone is enough for real-time logistics and vehicle tracking.
